RENOFAST Single-Wall Round Stainless Steel Flue Pipe, 250 mm
Product Description
The 250 mm RENOFAST flue pipe is a compact supplementary element designed for precise chimney length adjustment. It is indispensable in situations where a standard or half-metre module is too long to connect system sections.
Due to its short length, this element is often used when connecting heating appliances (in sections between a tee and an elbow) or for compensating linear dimensions when relining brick shafts.
Our range also includes other lengths for flexible installation:
- 500 mm Pipe (0.5 m) — for medium height adjustments.
- 1000 mm Pipe (1.0 m) — the main chimney component.
Application Features and Benefits
- Precise Fitting: Allows for assembling a chimney of the required configuration with centimetre precision without the need to cut pipes, preserving factory sockets and the overall structural rigidity.
- Fuel Type: Optimized for solid fuel (firewood, coal, pellets). Use with gas or oil boilers is permitted only within heated rooms or when lining masonry shafts. For outdoor areas and cold zones, insulated twin-wall (sandwich) chimneys are recommended.
- Reliability: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L (0.6 mm thickness), resistant to high temperatures and aggressive environments.
- Simple Installation: The "male-female" socket system (50 mm overlap) ensures quick and tight connection with any RENOFAST round series elements.

Assembly and Configuration Recommendations
To install a reliable system, ensure you include the necessary accessories in your order:
- Fixation: Even short elements require fixing with rivets or a connecting clamp at every joint.
- Direction Change: To turn the channel, use elbows (bends).
- Connection: Use a tee to tap into the chimney.
- Diameter Transition: If the boiler outlet diameter does not match this pipe, use a reducer (adapter).
- Termination: To protect against outdoor precipitation, a rain cap is necessary.
