IZOKOMPAKT — Twin Wall Chimneys from Manufacturer Akvilon

IZOKOMPAKT is a three-layer insulated chimney system (Twin Wall / Sandwich), manufactured in the EU (Latvia). It is a universal solution for building new flue systems from scratch, installing them on the building facade, or passing safely through wooden ceilings and roofs.

The construction consists of an inner pipe (acid-resistant stainless steel), a layer of high-density basalt insulation (50 mm), and an outer protective casing. The system is certified according to the CE EN 1856-1 standard and guarantees the fire safety of your home.

If you require installation assistance, we also provide professional installation services for insulated chimneys

Is this system right for you?

Before ordering, make sure that IZOKOMPAKT is exactly what your project needs:

  • YES, if there is no brick shaft: You need to install a chimney from scratch — running it along the street facade or through the interior of the house to the roof.
  • YES, for Timber Frame houses: You need the maximum level of fire safety when the pipe passes through walls, ceilings, or the roof structure.
  • NO, if you just need to reline a chimney: If you already have an existing brick chimney and want to insert a liner inside, a sandwich system can be used, but it is excessively expensive and consumes space. For relining (renovation), choose our Single Wall System RENOFAST.

Choose the External Appearance

The inner pipe (working part) is always made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel. However, you can choose the material of the outer casing to suit your budget or house design:

Galvanized Steel Casing

This is the most economical solution. The outer shell is made of high-quality galvanized steel, which reliably protects the insulation from precipitation and mechanical impact.
Suitable for industrial facilities, boiler rooms, summer houses, or if the chimney runs along the rear facade where the aesthetics of shiny metal are not critical.

Stainless Steel Casing

The chimney is completely (both inside and out) made of mirror-finish stainless steel. Such a chimney looks impressive, shines in the sun, and emphasizes the modern style of the building (Hi-Tech).
Suitable if you want a maximum durability "fit and forget" solution. Stainless steel has no coating that can scratch or fade over time.

Powder Coated Steel (RAL)

Maximum aesthetics. We apply polymer powder paint to the outer casing (galvanized or stainless) using an industrial method. This creates an additional protective layer and gives the pipe a premium look.
Suitable if it is important for the chimney to match the color of your roof or facade perfectly.

Benefits of Buying from the Manufacturer

  • Insulation: We use high-density rock wool (100 kg/m³) with a thickness of 50 mm, which prevents overheating of the outer casing.
  • Socket Geometry: The "pipe-in-pipe" connection (socket joint) ensures airtightness without thermal bridges.
  • Certified Steel: We use acid-resistant grades AISI 304 and 316L. Wall thickness corresponds strictly to the declared values (0.6 – 1.0 mm).
  • Complete Kit: We manufacture everything: from pipes to complex brackets, roof flashings, and cowls.
