RENOFAST Single-Wall 90° Stainless Steel Chimney Tee
Product Description
The RENOFAST 90° Tee is the primary connecting element of the chimney system. It is used to connect the horizontal section (coming from the heating appliance) to the vertical chimney stack.
This element performs a dual function: it changes the direction of flue gases by 90 degrees and provides access for system maintenance. The lower part of the tee serves to collect condensate and soot (when appropriate caps are installed), allowing the chimney to be cleaned without dismantling the pipes.
Features and Custom Solutions
- Versatility: The standard 90° angle fits most classic connection schemes for boilers, stoves, and fireplaces.
- Custom Orders: We understand installation difficulties in limited spaces. Upon request, we can manufacture a tee with a shortened side branch (spigot) (30-50 mm) or with a non-standard entry angle.
- Fuel Type: Optimized for solid fuel. Used with gas/oil boilers within heated rooms or when relining brick shafts.
- Reliability: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L (0.6 mm thickness), resistant to aggressive condensate.
- Compatibility: The tee features a socket connection system and is fully compatible with all fittings in the RENOFAST range.

Assembly and Configuration Recommendations
The tee is never installed on its own. For proper operation, you will require:
- Bottom Closure (Choice):
- For dry systems (fireplaces/saunas), use a blind cap or a cap with a handle (for quick access).
- For boilers with condensate formation, a condensate drain (downwards or sideways) is mandatory.
- Weight Support: The vertical part of the chimney must not hang on the tee without support. Use a wall bracket or a mounting platform to offload the weight of the structure.
- Alternative: If you need a separate unit solely for maintenance (without connecting a boiler at this point), consider a specialized cleaning tee.
