Product Description

The RENOFAST adapter is a chimney connection element designed to join pipes of different diameters. It is indispensable in situations where the outlet spigot of the heating appliance (boiler, stove) does not match the diameter of the main chimney channel, or when it is necessary to connect system sections with different cross-sections.

The conical design ensures a smooth change in cross-section, minimizing turbulence and resistance to the flue gas flow. Available in various configurations: conical (symmetrical) or straight (offset), depending on the installation task.

• Adaptability: Allows for easy integration of a new boiler into an existing chimney system or switching to a different pipe diameter without losing airtightness.

  • Narrowed (Male / Spigot): Fits inside another pipe.
  • Expanded (Female / Socket): Fits over another pipe.

• Custom Orders: If you need a transition from a non-standard diameter (e.g., 104 mm to 98 mm) or a transition from a round cross-section to a rectangular one, we will manufacture the part to your dimensions.

Selection and Installation Recommendations

• Flow Direction: When assembling a chimney, it is important to observe the "condensate flow" direction (the upper pipe fits inside the lower one). When ordering an adapter, specify which diameter should be "Male" (spigot/narrowed) and which should be "Female" (socket/expanded).
• Sealing: Joints between the adapter and pipes must be sealed with heat-resistant sealant.
• Reducing the Cross-section: Attention! According to regulations, it is prohibited to reduce the chimney diameter to less than the boiler outlet diameter (unless otherwise stated in the appliance manual). An adapter is typically used to increase the channel (e.g., 130 outlet -> 150 pipe).
