RENOFAST Single-Wall Round Stainless Steel Flue Pipe, 500 mm
Product Description
The 500 mm RENOFAST flue pipe is a supplementary chimney system component, essential for precise adjustment of the vertical stack height or horizontal run length. Using a half-metre module allows you to assemble a chimney of the required configuration without the need to manually cut (trim) standard one-metre pipes, thereby preserving the factory sockets and the structural rigidity.
This item is compatible with all RENOFAST round system elements and is used both for connecting heating appliances and for relining existing brick shafts.
Our range also includes other lengths for flexible installation:
- 1000 mm Pipe (1.0 m) — the main component.
- 250 mm Pipe (0.25 m) — for precise fitting.
Application Features and Benefits
- Precise Geometry: The module features an ideal circular cross-section and a factory-made socket, ensuring a tight fit with other fittings.
- Fuel Type: Optimized for solid fuel (firewood, coal, pellets). Use with gas or oil boilers is permitted only within heated rooms or when lining masonry shafts. For outdoor areas and cold zones, insulated twin-wall (sandwich) chimneys are recommended.
- Durability: Heat-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304L / 316L) is resistant to burnout and acidic environments.
- Simple Installation: The "male-female" socket system (50 mm overlap) allows for quick integration of the element into any part of the flue channel.

Assembly and Configuration Recommendations
To install a reliable system, ensure you include the necessary accessories in your order:
- Fixation: Every joint (including this element) must be secured with rivets or a connecting clamp.
- Direction Change: To turn the channel, use elbows (bends).
- Connection: Use a tee to tap into the chimney.
- Diameter Transition: If the boiler outlet diameter does not match this pipe, you will need a reducer (adapter).
- Termination: To protect the pipe from precipitation outdoors, a rain cap is necessary.
