RENOFAST Single-Wall Round Stainless Steel Flue Pipe, 1000 mm
Product Description
The RENOFAST 1-metre round flue pipe is the fundamental component for constructing and renovating chimney systems. Manufactured from heat-resistant stainless steel, this element is primarily used for connecting stoves, fireplaces, and boilers to the main chimney shaft.
This pipe is also widely used for relining square brick channels or masonry shafts of sufficient cross-section. Installing a steel liner restores the tightness of an old chimney and significantly improves the draught.
If you need to adjust the height of the chimney stack, our range includes shorter pipe lengths for precise fitting:
- 500 mm Pipe (0.5 m) — for medium adjustments.
- 250 mm Pipe (0.25 m) — for precise fitting.
Application Features and Benefits
- Geometry: The circular cross-section ensures optimal aerodynamics for flue gas extraction, minimizing resistance and soot accumulation.
- Fuel Type: The system is optimized for solid fuel appliances (firewood, briquettes, coal, pellets). Use with gas or oil boilers is permitted only within heated rooms or when lining existing masonry shafts. for outdoor installation or unheated zones, the use of insulated twin-wall (sandwich) chimneys is strongly recommended.
- System Protection: When used as a liner, the stainless steel pipe (AISI 304L/316L) protects the brickwork from aggressive condensate and structural deterioration.
- Simple Installation: The "male-female" socket system (50 mm overlap) guarantees easy assembly of round elements into a single sealed channel without the need for welding.

Assembly and Configuration Recommendations
To install a complete system, you will require additional components:
- Fixation: Every pipe joint must be secured with stainless steel rivets or a connecting clamp. This prevents the channel from separating due to thermal expansion.
- Bends: To change the direction of the flue, use 90° or 45° elbows.
- Connection: Use a tee to connect to the heating appliance.
- Length Adjustment: If a full metre is too long, use the 500 mm pipe.
- Diameter Transition: If the boiler outlet differs from the pipe diameter, apply a reducer/adapter.
- Termination: Install a rain cap on top of the pipe.
