RENOFAST Single-Wall Inspection Tee with Cap (Cleanout)
Product Description
The RENOFAST inspection tee is a mandatory service component of any safe chimney system. It is installed at the bottom of the vertical channel and serves as an "access point" for checking the condition of the pipe and removing accumulated soot or foreign objects.
Included in the set: The product is supplied as a complete assembly, including the tee itself and a corresponding removable cap (plug). This ready-made solution ensures channel airtightness during boiler operation and easy access to the interior during maintenance.
Features and Benefits
- Home Safety: Regular cleaning through the inspection hatch prevents the accumulation of a critical mass of soot, minimizing the risk of chimney fires.
- Maintenance Convenience: The side outlet allows the use of flexible brushes, vacuum cleaners, and inspection mirrors without the need to dismantle the chimney or climb onto the roof.
- Airtightness: The cap fits tightly onto the spigot, eliminating air leakage ("parasitic air") which could negatively affect the draught.
- Reliability: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L, resistant to aggressive condensate flowing down the pipe walls.

Installation and Configuration Recommendations
To construct a proper vertical chimney stack, follow this installation order (from bottom to top):
- Moisture Drainage: A condensate collector (drain) must be installed below the inspection tee to channel liquid into the sewage system or a special container.
- Boiler Connection: Typically, a connection tee (90° or 45°) connecting the boiler to the chimney is installed immediately above the inspection unit.
- Sealing: To prevent smoke leakage through joints, use heat-resistant sealant.
- Support: The weight of the structure should be supported by a wall bracket or a support platform located beneath the inspection tee.
