RENOFAST Single-Wall Condensate Collector with Bottom Drain
Product Description
The RENOFAST condensate collector with a bottom drain is a functional cap installed at the base of the vertical chimney stack. This element is designed for the continuous removal of moisture, aggressive acids, and precipitation from the system channel.
This model is equipped with a drainage spigot directed strictly downwards. Such a solution ensures the fastest and most free flow of liquid under gravity, minimizing the risk of the tube becoming clogged with soot.
Features and Benefits
- Effective Protection: Prevents moisture accumulation inside the pipe, protecting the boiler from water entering the combustion chamber, and the chimney itself from corrosion and rupture due to freezing condensate in winter.
- Vertical Flow: The standard 16 mm tube is located centrally (or offset, depending on the diameter). This is the ideal option for systems passing through floor slabs or installed on consoles with a special cutout.
- Material: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L, which does not burn out or oxidize under the influence of an aggressive acidic environment.
- Custom Solutions: If you need a non-standard drain diameter (e.g., for a sewage pipe) or an increased capacity volume, we can manufacture the part to your dimensions.

Installation and Selection Recommendations
To avoid installation errors, pay attention to the following points:
- Support Check: Ensure that your mounting platform or wall bracket has a hole for the drainage tube to pass through. If the support is solid (flat), you should choose the model with a side drain.
- Sealing: The joint between the condensate collector and the tee is a liquid accumulation point. Apply heat-resistant sealant generously during installation.
- Configuration: The element is installed into the bottom socket of an inspection tee or connection tee.
- Liquid Disposal: It is recommended to attach a hose to the spigot and route it to a condensate neutraliser or sewage system.
