RENOFAST Stainless Steel Adjustable Flue Wall Bracket (Pipe Clamp)

Product Description

The RENOFAST wall bracket consists of a pipe clamp with a welded nut and a threaded rod (hanger bolt). This element is designed to fix the flue pipe to the wall, ensuring its vertical stability.

Thanks to the threaded connection, the distance from the wall can be adjusted by screwing the rod in or out. This allows you to compensate for small irregularities in the facade and align the chimney precisely vertically.

Features and Application

Purpose: Holds the pipe securely, preventing swaying from wind and lateral shifting.
Adjustment: The distance to the wall is adjustable via the length of the threaded rod extension.
Simple Installation: The bracket is fixed into the wall using a dowel. It is sufficient to drill a hole and screw in the hanger bolt.
Material: The clamp is manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304L, resistant to corrosion.

Installation Recommendations

Not a Load-Bearing Element: It is important to remember that this bracket is designed only for lateral fixation (keeping the pipe upright). It is not designed to hold the weight of a heavy chimney. For weight support, use a mounting platform or cantilever supports.
Installation Interval: It is recommended to install such fasteners every 2–3 metres of pipe, as well as before and after bends (elbows).
Installation Process: Drill a hole for the dowel, screw in the threaded rod, then screw half of the clamp onto it. After positioning the pipe, secure it with the second half of the clamp using bolts.
