RENOFAST Single-Wall Tee Cap with Handle
Product Description
The RENOFAST tee cap with a handle is a removable component designed to close chimney inspection openings. It is installed on the free socket of a tee, transforming it into a convenient point for system inspection and cleaning.
The main feature of this model is the ergonomic handle located in the centre. This allows the cap to be removed and installed without the use of tools, significantly simplifying the process of regular chimney maintenance and soot removal.
Features and Benefits
- Convenient Access: Unlike blind plugs, the model with a handle is designed for frequent opening. This is the ideal solution for solid fuel systems requiring regular inspection.
- Airtightness: The geometry of the product ensures a tight fit onto the expanded part (socket) of the tee or pipe, preventing air intake and smoke leakage into the room.
- Aesthetics: Made of polished stainless steel. Even being a technical element, it looks neat and does not spoil the interior of the boiler room or the facade appearance.
- Durability: Steel grade AISI 304L / 316L does not rust and withstands high thermal loads.

Application Recommendations
When choosing a cap, consider the features of your system:
- Dry Mode: This cap is designed for collecting dry soot. If your boiler produces a lot of condensate (gas, oil), it is recommended to use a condensate collector with a drain.
- Compatibility: The element is ideal for installation on a 90° tee or 45° tee.
- Fixation: Despite the tight fit, to prevent accidental falling out, it is recommended to additionally secure the cap with short self-tapping screws (if you do not plan to open it often) or check the connection security.
- Installation: For complete airtightness during initial installation, the seating area can be treated with a small amount of heat-resistant sealant, however, this may make subsequent removal difficult.
