RENOFAST Single-Wall Condensate Collector with Side Drain
Product Description
The RENOFAST condensate collector with a side drain is the terminating element of the chimney system, installed at the very bottom of the vertical stack. Its task is to collect and discharge aggressive liquid (condensate) and rainwater from the channel, preventing them from entering the boiler.
Unlike models with a bottom drain, this product features a drainage tube extended to the side. This design solution is indispensable when installing the chimney on a base plate or wall bracket, where access from below is blocked by the mounting shelf.
Features and Benefits
- System Protection: Effectively removes acidic condensate generated by temperature differences (especially in gas boilers), protecting the chimney from corrosion and preventing the formation of ice blocks in winter.
- Side Drainage: The standard 16 mm diameter tube is directed horizontally. This allows for easy attachment of a hose to drain liquid into the sewage system or a neutralizer, even if the collector is standing on a flat surface.
- Custom Orders: If your system requires a drain tube of a larger diameter, different length, or specific shape, we can manufacture a non-standard element upon request.
- Material: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L, guaranteeing a long service life in an aggressive humid environment.

Installation Recommendations
This element is part of the chimney base assembly. For proper configuration, you will need:
- Installation: The condensate collector fits into the bottom socket of a connection tee or an inspection tee.
- Sealing: Since liquid accumulates here, the joint must be thoroughly sealed with heat-resistant sealant to prevent condensate from leaking past the tube.
- Support: If the chimney is wall-mounted, the collector usually rests on a wall bracket. The side outlet allows the tube to be routed without drilling a hole in the console itself.
