The RENOFAST tee with a 45-degree entry angle is an element for connecting the heating appliance to the main vertical chimney shaft. Thanks to its inclined design, it ensures the smoothest possible entry of flue gases into the shaft.

Unlike the standard (90°) tee, the 45° model creates significantly less aerodynamic resistance. This is critical for open fireplaces, solid fuel boilers, and any systems where ensuring stable and powerful draught is essential.

For proper installation of the connection unit, you will need:

• Sealing: Angled connections experience increased thermal stress. To guarantee gas tightness, use heat-resistant sealant when assembling joints.
• Maintenance: Since cleaning the vertical shaft through an inclined tee is more difficult, it is recommended to install a separate inspection tee with a hatch below it.
• Condensate Drainage: A condensate collector or a blind cap must be installed at the base of the chimney (under the tee).
• Support: The weight of the chimney must rest on a wall bracket or a load-bearing platform, not on the boiler outlet.
