RENOFAST Single-Wall 90° Tee with Removable Branch
Product Description
The RENOFAST tee with a removable horizontal branch is a specialized solution for the renovation ("relining") of brick chimneys, allowing installation with minimal structural disruption to walls.
Unlike a classic solid tee, this product consists of two parts: the main vertical pipe with a mounting aperture and a separate horizontal detachable branch (spigot). This design allows the main vertical stack to be lowered into the shaft first, after which the horizontal outlet is attached from the room side through a small opening.
Advantages over Standard Tees
- Minimal Wall Opening: Installing a classic tee requires breaking out a large opening in the wall. For this model, a hole only slightly larger than the pipe diameter is sufficient. This significantly saves costs on subsequent room finishing and plastering.
- Easy Installation: The vertical part passes freely down narrow shafts without protruding parts catching on masonry irregularities.
- Connection Reliability: The horizontal part fits tightly into the vertical body, ensuring channel airtightness.
- Versatility: Just like standard elements, it is manufactured from AISI 304L / 316L steel (0.6 mm thickness) and is suitable for solid fuel, as well as for protecting shafts of gas and oil boilers.

Mandatory Configuration
To complete the assembly, you will require additional elements (similar to a standard tee):
- Bottom Part: The tee must be closed at the bottom. Use a condensate drain (for boilers) or a blind cap (for dry fireplaces/saunas).
- Fixation: The joint between the removable snout and the body is recommended to be sealed with heat-resistant sealant and secured with rivets.
- Support: The entire chimney structure must rest on a wall bracket or a load-bearing platform installed beneath the tee.
