RENOFAST Stainless Steel Flue Coupling (Double Socket)
Product Description
The RENOFAST connecting coupling (Double Socket adapter) is a shaped chimney component designed to join two pipes or fittings of the same diameter that have narrowed (spigot/male) ends.
Unlike a standard pipe, which has one socket and one spigot end, this coupling is equipped with sockets (expansions) on both sides. This makes it indispensable for installing non-standard sections and repairing the system.
Application and Features
- Connecting Cut Pipes: If a straight pipe had to be shortened from the factory socket side during installation, you are left with only the narrowed ("male") end. To attach the next element to it, a coupling is used, which restores the presence of a socket.
- Joining Similar Elements: Allows you to connect two fittings with spigot outlets (for example, two elbows or a tee and a pipe) if the assembly scheme requires it.
- Reliability: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L (thickness from 0.6 mm), ensuring airtightness and resistance to high temperatures.

Installation Recommendations
- Sealing: Since the coupling joins two elements, it is important to ensure the gas tightness of both joints. Use heat-resistant sealant inside each socket before connection.
- Fixation: To prevent separation during metal heating/cooling, it is recommended to secure the connection points with rivets or locking bands.
- Attention: Do not confuse this element with a nipple/coupler (Male-Male connection), which fits inside pipes. The coupling fits over the pipes.
