RENOFAST Stainless Steel Double Spigot Flue Connector
Product Description
The RENOFAST Double Spigot Flue Connector is a joining element designed to connect two pipes or fittings that have expanded ends (sockets). Unlike a coupling, this connector has narrowed ends on both sides and fits inside the connected parts.
This element is often used when assembling complex configurations, connecting to ceramic chimneys, or utilizing cut pipe remnants, allowing them to be joined without a factory-made narrowing.
Application and Features
- Connecting Two Sockets: Allows you to join two elements with expanded ends (e.g., two tees, or a tee and an inspection unit) when a standard spigot connection is not possible.
- Material Saving: If you have a cut pipe section with a socket but without a narrowed end, the double spigot allows you to restore the pipe's functionality by turning its cut end into a connecting "spigot" (male).
- Material Quality: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L (thickness from 0.6 mm), ensuring a long service life in aggressive environments.

Installation Recommendations
- Sealing: To ensure gas tightness, apply a layer of heat-resistant sealant to both sides of the connector before inserting it into the pipes.
- Fixation: It is recommended to secure the connection points with stainless steel rivets or self-tapping screws to prevent the elements from rotating or shifting inside the channel.
- Attention: Do not confuse with a coupling (Female-Female connection), which fits over the pipes.
