RENOFAST Single-Wall Straight Pipe with Condensate Collector
Product Description
The RENOFAST flow-through condensate collector is a specialised chimney component that combines the functions of a straight pipe and a moisture drainage system. It consists of a short pipe section (160 mm) with a built-in internal gutter and an outlet spigot.
This element is indispensable for direct vertical installations where the chimney is mounted directly on top of the heating appliance ("top-mounted") and it is impossible to organise a classic drain via a bottom tee. The collector intercepts condensate and rainwater flowing down the inner walls and directs them outwards, without obstructing the passage of smoke.
Why this Element is Essential
- Stove and Boiler Protection: Without this element in direct connection systems, all moisture (condensate + precipitation) flows directly into the combustion chamber. This leads to heat exchanger corrosion, wet firewood, and stove deterioration. The collector reliably drains water before it reaches the appliance.
- Space Saving: It allows the chimney to be installed strictly vertically above the appliance, without taking up extra space on the side that would be required for installing a tee and a support platform.
- Efficiency: The internal contour is designed to catch liquid flowing down the walls while maintaining full draught for flue gases.
- Material: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L, resistant to aggressive environments.

Installation Recommendations
For the system to work correctly, pay attention to the following nuances:
- Installation Location: The element is mounted as close as possible to the outlet spigot of the heating appliance, but above the damper (if present).
- Liquid Disposal: A heat-resistant hose must be attached to the side spigot and routed to a sewage system or a liquid collection container.
- Sealing: The joints of this element must be thoroughly treated with heat-resistant sealant.
- Fixation: The connection to adjacent elements must be secured with rivets or locking bands (clamps).
- Continuing the Run: Standard 1000 mm pipes are installed on top of the collector.
