Adapter for Flexible Flue Liner
RENOFAST Stainless Steel Adapter for Flexible Flue Liner (Connector)
Product Description
The RENOFAST connector is a specialised connecting element necessary for the reliable joining of a flexible corrugated liner with rigid single-wall chimney elements (pipes, tees, boilers).
The adapter design is developed to ensure a gas-tight transition from the thin-walled corrugation to a standard socket ("female" or "male", depending on the task). Without this element, it is practically impossible to connect a flexible insert to the heating system properly.
Purpose and Benefits
- Reliable Connection: Ordinary clamps can crush the thin corrugation (0.12 mm). The connector features a special seating area that gently but rigidly fixes the flexible liner without violating its integrity.
- Versatility: Used both for connecting the boiler to the flexible liner and for joining the flexible section to the top part of the chimney (rain cap).
- Custom Approach: The standard range covers main diameters. If you need a non-standard configuration (for example, a transition from one diameter to another), we will manufacture the adapter according to your drawings.
- Material: Manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L (thickness from 0.6 mm), resistant to aggressive condensate and high temperatures.

Installation Recommendations
- Kit Requirements: To install one line of a flexible chimney, you typically require two connectors: a bottom one (for connection to the tee/boiler) and a top one (for fixing to the shaft cap).
- Sealing: During installation, be sure to use heat-resistant sealant at the joint between the connector and the liner to guarantee gas tightness.
- Fixation: It is recommended to secure the rigid side of the adapter to the pipe or tee with stainless steel rivets or self-tapping screws.
