Chimney Draft Regulator (Stabilizer)
A draft regulator is a "smart" device for your chimney that automatically controls and stabilizes airflow. Its main task is to prevent the chimney from "sucking out" heat too quickly due to strong winds or excessive natural draft.
Installing this small device results in significant fuel savings and steady, calm combustion regardless of the weather outside. It is especially important for solid fuel boilers, fireplaces, and stoves.
Why install a regulator?
- Economy: Reduces wood or pellet consumption by preventing heat from "flying up the chimney".
- Stability: Prevents flame pulsation in windy weather and ensures an optimal combustion process.
- Safety: Protects the chimney and heating appliance from overheating caused by uncontrolled draft.
- Simplicity: The device works automatically, opening a valve to let in additional air as soon as the draft exceeds the set limit.
Regulator Models and Application
RCO: Classic for Steel Chimneys
The most popular solution. Designed for installation in a standard chimney T-piece. Ideal if you already have a steel system or a ceramic chimney with a free connection point.
- Installation: Inserts directly into the round opening of the T-piece.
- Material: High-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304).
- Compatibility: Standard diameters 80 mm and 150 mm (adapters available for other sizes).

RCO-EX: With Explosion Safety System
An enhanced version with extra safety. Equipped with an "Anti-explosion" system that allows the valve to fully open (flip out) in case of a sudden pressure surge (e.g., gas ignition), protecting the chimney from damage.
- Safety: Instant pressure relief in emergency situations.
- Included: Comes with a special fixing clamp.

RCR: Clamp-on Model (Pipe Mounted)
Ideal solution for existing systems. If the chimney does not have a free T-piece, this model can be installed directly onto the surface of a straight pipe without dismantling the chimney itself.
- Installation: A hole is cut in the pipe, and the regulator is attached over it using the included clamp.
- Versatility: Suitable for pipes of various diameters (D 120-200 mm).

RCP: Rectangular for Brick Chimneys
Specially designed for masonry chimneys and rectangular channels. The flat flange allows for easy attachment to a flat surface.
- Application: Installs on a brick wall, for example, replacing a cleanout door.
- Design: Square shape for convenient mounting on flat surfaces.
