Product description

The sheet metal facade ventilation grille (louvered) is the final element of supply and exhaust ventilation systems. It is installed at the outlets of round or rectangular air ducts on the exterior of a building. The main task of the sheet metal grille is to protect the ventilation shaft from precipitation (rain, snow), birds, rodents, and large debris, without obstructing the free passage of air.

The design features rigidly fixed louvers at a 45-degree angle, creating a barrier against water. By default, the product is equipped with a galvanized sheet metal protective mesh with a 13x13 mm opening.

• Galvanized sheet metal: grades DX51+Z275.
• Coated sheet metal: PE, PUR, PUR-MATT, PVC.
• Stainless steel: AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 430.
• Aluminum: available as an option.
• Finishing: Powder coating in the selected color.
• Metal thickness: 0.5 – 1.0 mm.
• Connection types: Insertion into the duct, surface-mounted on the facade, flanged connection (20, 30, 40 mm).
• Certification: CE, EN 1505:2000.

• Mounting tolerance: The actual installation size of the grille is manufactured 5 mm smaller than the nominal opening size. This ensures installation into the duct.
• Installation depth: 60 mm.
• Frame (flange) width: 40 mm (covers the joint with the facade).
• Louver pitch: 50 mm.

Application and installation recommendations

• Purpose: Fresh air intake and exhaust.
• Adjustment: This model does not have airflow adjustment (louvers are fixed). If adjustment is required, an additional rectangular volume control damper is installed behind the grille.
• Additional options: Upon request, a mosquito net can be installed (for insect protection), and mounting holes can be prepared in the frame, which may require corresponding mounting elements.
