Labyrinth type grease filters

Fireproof cassette type labyrinth grease filters are designed to efficiently clean the air of grease and fats and protect the ventilation system and ventilators, extending the life of the ventilation system. The standard filters are made of EN 1.4016/AISI430 steel 0,5 mm (BA porous surface). The hoods manufactured by SIA Akvilon are necessarily equipped with this type of filter.

Mesh type grease filters

Grease cartridge type mesh filters are designed to efficiently clean the air of grease, fats and protect the ventilation system and ventilators, extending the life of the ventilation system. Standard filters are manufactured from EN 1.4016/AISI430 steel 0,5 mm (BA blown surface) with stainless steel technical filter material or from DX51+Z275 galvanised steel with galvanised steel filter material. The hoods manufactured by SIA Akvilon are optionally equipped with this type of filter.

Non-standard filters

We produce filters to your dimensions and configuration, in stainless steel AISI430, AISI304, AISI316 with polished, brushed or ground surface, DX51+Z275 galvanised steel, single-row, double-row. Powder coated solutions are available separately.
For a price offer for a non-standard filter, a drawing or sketch is required from the customer.
