Ventilation system for kitchens, food production areas in compliance with PVD requirements.

Exhaust: mechanical

• air exhaust systems,
• air extractors of corrosion-resistant stainless steel fitted with/without labyrinth-type grease filters, over cookers, convectors, dishwashing appliances (equipment, locations).  

Fan performance:

• Duct fan installed inside the ducting;
• Roof fan installed above the roof, additional roof connection box required.

For fan control we recommend a speed controller. If the factory has high hygienic requirements, we offer air ducts made of stainless steel.

Supply: Natural or mechanical

Natural:

• Through an external wall, using outdoor grates, or natural supply system.

Mehānical:

• Supply air system with ducted fan, air filters, outdoor air heating with water duct heater or electric duct heater;
• To reduce air noise in the supply system, we recommend the installation of air silencers.

This system requires automation, controllers for heaters, temperature sensors and speed controllers.

We offer compact supply units, can be mounted/attached both under ceilings and to other structures, units are offered with integrated control block.
