- dust and debris entering the ventilation shaft; 
- adverse weather conditions such as: strong winds, snow, rain;
- small temperature differences between indoor and outdoor spaces which reduce natural draught.

The ventilation deflector serves to create additional draught in the ventilation ducts and protects them from adverse weather conditions.
In addition, the deflector not only helps to reduce the impact of adverse weather conditions on us, but also to use them to our advantage.
For example: the device can reverse the direction of the wind, increasing the draft in the desired direction.
All this significantly increases the efficiency of the ventilation system.

The principle of the deflector:
Air becomes thinner as it moves through a pipe whose cross-section changes. 
The faster the flow, the stronger the thinning effect.
The VENTILATION DEFLECTOR shall be installed on the pipe (at the upper point of the exhaust duct) where the zone of reduced pressure (with thinned air) and increased draught is best established. 
The airflow blowing over the ventilation pipe helps to reduce the pressure in the deflector zone.

THE ROTATING VENTILATION DEFLECTOR is made of stainless steel, galvanised steel or aluminium. With or without tray (nozzle). 
Fitted with additional rotating elements - turbine head and blades. The blades are made of light metals. 
The rotation mechanism uses a bearing which causes the blades to rotate even at low wind flows. 
It is the rotation of the deflector in a certain direction that creates the low-pressure zone that increases the thrust of the system.

ROTATING VENTILATION DEFLECTORS are twice as efficient as their counterparts.

The deflector is attached to the pipe using clamps, screws or rivets.

We can attach to any type of flue or ventilation duct (brick, ceramic, metal).

Roof connections, under bend/straight, to custom dimensions or transition element to the required pipe diameter are produced separately.
