A ventilation inspection hatch (service door) is a tightly closing element of the air distribution system that provides direct access to the interior of the ducts. It solves the problem of maintaining enclosed engineering networks, allowing for regular technical inspections, mechanical cleaning of dust deposits, and sanitary disinfection without dismantling or deforming sections of the ductwork.
The component body is manufactured from DX51D galvanized sheet steel with a stable protective zinc layer density of Z275 (275 g/m²). This material maintains structural rigidity during sudden pressure spikes in the network and reliably protects the cut metal edges from corrosion in humid exhaust environments. The removable covers themselves feature a sleek, cornerless oval shape that prevents the accumulation of dirt and grease.
