Round Ventilation Bend 15° with Seal
The round 15° ventilation bend is a connecting fitting designed for the smoothest change in the duct route or for bypassing structural obstacles with a minimal deflection angle. The 15° bend creates very small aerodynamic resistance in the system. This allows adjusting the direction of the air tract without losing the designed flow capacity, guaranteeing quiet operation of the ventilation network.
Two technological schemes are used during production. Small diameters from 80 to 200 mm are manufactured using a pressed (deep-drawn) technology, which completely eliminates internal seams. Starting from a diameter of 250 mm up to 1000 mm, bends are produced using segmented technology, where individual elements are rigidly fixed together with a hermetic fold lock.
Main Advantages
- Highest tightness class D: the double-lip gasket made of soft EPDM rubber, firmly pressed by the factory lock, ensures absolute tightness of pipe joints, preventing air leaks and eliminating the need for liquid sealants.
- Laminar airflow: the minimal 15° turning angle and the smooth internal surface of the pressed models reduce dynamic resistance to a minimum, preventing turbulence and lowering the acoustic load.
- SAFE edge protection system (up to D-400): the edges of the spigots feature a special rounded fold, which increases the radial rigidity of the fitting and completely eliminates the risk of hand cuts during installation.
- High corrosion resistance: the product body is made of DX51D structural galvanized steel with a zinc coating density of 275 g/m², ensuring long-term protection of the metal against through-corrosion in supply and exhaust lines.
Technical Specifications and Dimensions
Linear parameters, mounting tolerances, and seating calibrations fully comply with the requirements of European standards EN 1505:2000 and EN 1506:2007. Connection type – nipple (male spigots are inserted directly inside the duct).

- Steel thickness: from 0.5 to 0.9 mm (thickness increases proportionally with size to maintain the rigidity of the part).
- Certification: the product is CE marked, confirming the successful completion of factory quality control.
Custom Supply Options
The segmented assembly technology allows for flexible adaptation of elements to the specific requirements of an engineering project. The following modifications are available:
- Any intermediate angles: manufacturing of segmented models with a non-standard turning angle differing from the base product line.
- Change of bending radius: supply of elements with an increased turning radius (R = 1.5D or R = 2D) for projects with strict requirements for minimizing resistance.
- Alternative materials: manufacturing of fitting bodies from stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316, or AISI 430), aluminum, as well as powder coating in any colors according to RAL or RR catalogs.
- Simplified execution: supply of products without the EPDM rubber seal is possible to optimize the budget on civil engineering projects.
