Round Ventilation Bend 30° with Seal
The round 30° ventilation bend is a duct fitting designed to smoothly change the direction of airflow. The small turning angle combined with the optimized geometry of the part guarantees very small aerodynamic resistance and low noise levels in the system. The factory-fitted double-lip EPDM rubber seal ensures the highest tightness class of the ventilation network.
To achieve operational characteristics, two different technological schemes are used in production. Small diameters from 80 to 200 mm are manufactured using a pressed (deep-drawn) technology, which eliminates internal seams. Starting from a diameter of 250 mm up to 1000 mm, bends are produced using segmented technology, where individual elements are rigidly fixed together with a locked standing seam.
Main Advantages
- Airtightness class D: the double-lip EPDM rubber gasket, firmly pressed by the factory lock, ensures a leak-tight duct connection, eliminating pressure drops and reducing the costs of using liquid silicones or mastics.
- Minimal dynamic losses: the smooth pressed structure of small diameters and the precise alignment of seams in segmented models at a 30° angle promote laminar airflow, preventing turbulence and reducing acoustic load.
- SAFE edge protection system (up to D-400): the edges of the spigots feature a special rounded fold, which significantly increases the overall radial rigidity of the fitting and completely eliminates the risk of installers cutting their hands during assembly.
- Durability in humid conditions: the product body is made of high-quality DX51D structural galvanized steel with a zinc coating density of 275 g/m², ensuring long-term protection of the metal against corrosion in supply and exhaust lines.
Technical Specifications and Dimensions
Linear parameters, mounting tolerances, and seating calibrations fully comply with the requirements of European standards EN 1505:2000 and EN 1506:2007. Connection type – nipple (male spigots are inserted directly inside the duct).

- Steel thickness: from 0.5 to 0.9 mm (increases proportionally with size to maintain rigidity).
- Certification: the product is CE marked, confirming the successful completion of factory quality control.
Custom Manufacturing Options
The segmented assembly technology allows for flexible adaptation of elements to the specific requirements of an engineering project. The following modifications are available:
- Any intermediate angles: manufacturing of segmented models with a non-standard turning angle differing from the base product line.
- Change of bending radius: supply of elements with an increased turning radius (R = 1.5D or R = 2D) for projects with strict requirements for minimizing resistance.
- Alternative materials: manufacturing of fittings from stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316, or AISI 430), lightweight aluminum, as well as powder coating in any colors according to RAL or RR catalogs.
- Version without seal: supply of products without the EPDM rubber seal is possible.
