    Rolled downpipe bend

The bend (elbow) is a connecting element of the vertical rainwater downpipe system. It is used to change the direction of the pipe, allowing it to neatly bypass roof eaves, protruding architectural elements of the facade, and uneven walls.

Unlike drawn pressed alternatives, this bend is assembled from cylindrical segments using a strong folded seam (rolling). The product is available in practical galvanized steel, noble copper, or steel with a polymer coating (Pe/PUR). The wide choice of materials allows you to select the optimal solution for the technical requirements and visual style of any project.

    Design features:

    • High joint strength: The segmented assembly using a folded seam ensures structural rigidity and resistance to external mechanical loads.
    • Smooth trajectory change: The standard 45-degree bending angle forms an optimal riser trajectory, reducing hydrodynamic resistance and maintaining a stable drainage capacity.
    • Solutions for any diameter: Rolling technology allows the production of bends in an extended size range (including rare diameters like 140 mm), as well as the manufacturing of elements with custom bending angles.

    Technical specifications:

    • Material: Galvanized steel (Zn), steel with polymer coating (Pe/PUR), copper (Cu)
    • Bending angle: 45° (custom angles available upon request)
    • Compatibility with pipes: D-80, D-100, D-120, D-140, D-150 mm (other sizes — upon request)
    • Production time: Galvanized products (Zn) — in stock; custom painting — from 5 to 7 business days
    • Certification: CE standards compliance
