Anti-Smog Duct Filter Box KAP-35

The KAP-35 anti-smog filter box is a specialized solution designed for integration into mechanical ventilation systems (including those with heat recovery). It provides deep purification of incoming outdoor air, making it highly relevant for individuals sensitive to air quality and residents in areas with unfavorable environmental conditions. This is a reliable way to eliminate urban smog and fine dust, as well as prevent smoke and combustion products from neighboring chimneys from entering your home.

The robust metal casing features an aesthetic black powder coating and is optimized for airflows ranging from 300 to 400 m³/h. Thanks to its smart aerodynamic design, the unit does not create excessive aerodynamic resistance, allowing the ventilation system to maintain its designed airflow capacity and efficiency. It is mounted directly inline into a 150 mm diameter duct.

• Professional 3-stage filtration: Three filter elements operate sequentially inside the box. First, the basic G4 filter traps large dust, fluff, and sand, protecting the subsequent fine filters from premature wear.
• Carbon odor barrier: The second stage of purification is a carbon filter. It acts as an active sorbent, effectively neutralizing smoke, vehicle exhaust, and burning smells, ensuring absolutely fresh air is supplied to the house.
• Deep purification with HEPA: Final cleaning is performed by a HEPA filter, which traps up to 99.97% of the finest particles 0.3 µm in size. It helps retain fungal spores, bacteria, viral aerosols, and the most dangerous fine dust. The total retention efficiency for harmful PM2.5 particles exceeds 95%.
• Tool-free quick maintenance: The side service hatch is equipped with convenient quick-release latches. This design allows the owner to independently inspect or replace the filter cassettes in just a few minutes, without the need for screwdrivers or wrenches.
