The VENT-FLEX PREMIUM PLUS 75 mm flexible air duct is the flagship premium solution for creating concealed air distribution systems. This series provides the highest level of hygiene and is specifically designed for perfect integration with the innovative VENT-FLEX TPK plastic distribution system. The ducts can be easily installed in floor screeds, wall chases, or behind suspended ceilings.

The product features a double-layer construction made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The light grey outer layer is reinforced against UV radiation and physical loads. The smooth grey inner layer contains powerful antistatic and antibacterial additives that physically repel dust and suppress microorganisms, ensuring long-term cleanliness.

• Perfect compatibility with the TPK system. The PREMIUM PLUS corrugated profile is specifically designed to work with TPK series collectors. The built-in locking pins in the spigots securely lock the pipe, making installation fast and reliably protecting the ductwork from accidental disconnection.
• Total antistatic protection and cleanliness. The smooth grey inner layer has a pronounced antistatic effect. It physically repels fine dust, preserving the duct's ideal aerodynamic cross-section and eliminating the need for frequent cleaning.
• Long-term antibacterial protection. Silver (Ag) and silicon dioxide (SiO₂) nanoparticles at a concentration of 100 ppm are integrated into the plastic structure. The proven microbiological efficiency is ≥99.98%, ensuring reliable suppression of bacteria, fungi, and mold.
• UV resistance. The light grey outer corrugation is resistant to the destructive effects of the sun. The duct can be safely stored on construction sites or installed in bright rooms long before the screed is poured — the plastic will not dry out and will retain its elasticity.
• Concealed installation without deformation. The structure withstands a compressive load of 500 N. The air duct is laid directly under heavy fresh concrete without the risk of flattening or loss of flow capacity.
