The VENT-FLEX PREMIUM 75 mm flexible air duct is a professional solution for creating concealed air distribution systems. Maintaining the compactness and reliability of the base series, the PREMIUM line offers an extended level of protection. The ducts can be routed inside floor screeds, wall chases, or behind suspended ceilings, ensuring a long-lasting and completely hygienic ventilation system.

The product features a double-layer construction made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The green outer layer is reinforced with UV protection and withstands physical loads (such as the pressure of heavy concrete). The grey inner layer has a smooth surface with special additives that reduce aerodynamic resistance and prevent dust from settling inside the channels for decades.

• Total antistatic and antimicrobial protection. The grey inner layer contains powerful antistatic additives that physically repel dust. Combined with silver (Ag) and silicon dioxide (SiO₂) nanoparticles, it guarantees absolute cleanliness and microbiological efficiency of ≥99.98%, preventing the growth of bacteria and mold.
• UV resistance. The outer layer is protected against the destructive effects of sun exposure. The duct can be safely stored on open construction sites or installed in rooms with panoramic windows long before the screed is poured — the plastic will not dry out or become brittle.
• Concealed in-concrete installation. High mechanical strength and compressive strength of 500 N allow the air ducts to be safely laid directly beneath the concrete pour. The structure of the tube withstands the pressure of construction mixtures without losing its designed air capacity.
• Predictable performance. At the recommended flow velocity of 2.5 m/s for residential zones, a single 75 mm duct stably delivers 28 m³/h. This simplifies engineering design: one line meets the fresh air demand for a standard bedroom.
