The VENT-FLEX 75 mm flexible air duct is a core component of concealed air distribution systems in residential and commercial buildings. Its compact size allows ductwork to be installed within concrete floor screeds, wall chases, or behind suspended ceilings, preserving the useful room height without altering the interior design.

The product features a double-layer construction made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The corrugated outer layer provides high flexibility and mechanical protection — the pipe can be safely embedded in heavy concrete without any risk of deformation. The smooth inner layer minimizes aerodynamic resistance, ensuring quiet air passage through the ducts and making the system easy to maintain and clean.

• Long-term antimicrobial protection. The white inner layer contains protective components based on silver (Ag) and silicon dioxide (SiO₂) nanoparticles. According to the manufacturer's laboratory tests, this delivers a proven antimicrobial effectiveness of ≥99.98%, preventing the growth of fungi, mold, and bacteria inside the ventilation ducts throughout their entire service life.
• Concealed in-concrete installation without damage. High mechanical strength and compressive strength of 500 N allow the air ducts to be safely laid directly beneath the concrete pour. The structure of the tube withstands the pressure of construction mixtures, preventing flattening and loss of the designed airflow capacity.
• Fast assembly and savings on fittings. The exceptional flexibility of the material permits routing the duct along complex routes, easily bypassing structural obstacles. This reduces the need to purchase elbow fittings. The plastic is fully corrosion-resistant against condensation, and the duct itself can be easily cut with a utility knife.
• Predictable performance. At the recommended flow velocity of 2.5 m/s for living spaces, a single 75 mm duct reliably delivers 28 m³/h. This simplifies engineering design: one line meets the fresh air demand for a standard bedroom, while the number of channels scales up proportionally for larger spaces.
