Description

The straight ventilation box with three outlets is designed to provide enhanced air exchange in modern supply and extract ventilation systems with heat recovery. Connecting three channels to a single diffuser significantly increases the airflow capacity of the unit. The main design feature of this model is the linear (straight) arrangement of the connection spigots. The inlets for the flexible air ducts and the outlet to the room diffuser are located on the same axis. This solves complex tasks when installing ventilation in narrow floors where it is impossible to bend the route at a 90-degree angle, and guarantees an unobstructed, quiet airflow.

The product housing is made of galvanized sheet steel. The material is protected against corrosion, which is important during concealed installation in areas with varying humidity levels (kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary facilities). The rigidity of the steel box prevents its deformation when poured into a concrete screed or fixed in a wall frame, ensuring high system tightness throughout the entire operating life of the building.

Connection spigot modifications

To optimize installation time and adapt to project requirements, the straight-flow box is available with three types of duct connections:

• Modification OC (Standard): Classic all-metal version with galvanized spigots. Sealing the joints manually requires the use of aluminum mounting tape or sealant. This is an economical and practical choice for projects with standard installation technology.
• Modification GM (With seal): Metal spigots are factory-equipped with double ring seals made of EPDM rubber, which remain elastic at temperatures down to -50 °C. Provides quick connection of the flexible air duct without tools, guaranteeing a high connection tightness class without the need to work with mastics and adhesive tapes.
• Modification PK (Plastic spigots): Technological solution for quick installation. The spigots are made of durable plastic with an end seal and built-in clips. The flexible air duct is inserted until it clicks, after which a secure mechanical locking of the pipe occurs, preventing its accidental disconnection during subsequent construction work.

• Convenient adjustment to the ceiling floor: The diffuser connection spigot has an installation reserve of 330 mm in length. This gives the installer the opportunity to precisely cut the pipe on site, adapting the unit to the thickness of the finishing materials.
• Convenient fixation: Thoughtful external mounting ears allow quick leveling and secure fastening of the box using conventional dowels and perforated tape.
