Description

The low-profile ventilation box (plenum box) with three outlets is designed to ensure efficient air exchange in spacious rooms — living rooms, studios, or master bedrooms. Connecting three flexible air ducts to a single diffuser allows tripling the volume of supplied or extracted air. Thanks to the integrated static pressure chamber, the air velocity is reduced before entering the room. This guarantees quiet system operation and the absence of unpleasant drafts, even at high ventilation unit capacities.

The product housing is manufactured from galvanized sheet steel. This material is reliably protected against rust formation, which is particularly important for concealed installation in areas with high humidity levels (kitchens, showers, bathrooms). The high rigidity of the metal prevents deformation of the adapter when fixing it in the wall frame or behind a suspended ceiling, guaranteeing high tightness of the ventilation route throughout the entire lifespan of the building.

Connection spigot modifications

To optimize installation processes for various construction tasks, the air distribution box is available with three types of duct connections:

• Modification OC (Standard): Classic all-metal version with galvanized spigots. Sealing of the connection joints requires the use of aluminum mounting tape or sealant. It is an economical and practical choice for projects with standard installation technology.
• Modification GM (With seal): Metal spigots are factory-equipped with ring seals made of wear-resistant rubber (EPDM). Provides fast and convenient connection of the flexible air duct, guaranteeing a high connection tightness class without the need to work with mastics and adhesive tapes.
• Modification PK (Plastic spigots): A convenient and technological solution for fast installation. The spigots are made of high-impact plastic with integrated clips. The flexible air duct is simply inserted until it clicks, after which the retainers firmly lock the pipe, preventing its accidental disconnection during subsequent construction work.

• Increased airflow capacity: Connecting three channels to a single diffuser ensures full air exchange in large rooms, eliminating the need to disrupt the ceiling design with additional grilles.
• Low profile (flat design): The spigots are positioned side by side, which ensures a small housing height — only 82 mm (for a 75 mm pipe). This allows easy placement of the distribution assembly in conditions of critical space shortage behind suspended ceilings or in a narrow wall frame.
• Universal application: The construction works equally effectively for both fresh air supply and extract air removal. Installation is permitted on both ceilings and walls.
• Convenient adjustment to the ceiling floor: The diffuser connection spigot has a length reserve of 330 mm. This gives the installer the opportunity to precisely cut the pipe on site according to the floor thickness.
• Convenient fixation: Thoughtful mounting ears allow quick leveling and securing of the box using conventional dowels and perforated tape.
