The low-profile ventilation box (plenum box) with two outlets is designed to ensure effective air exchange in spacious environments — living rooms, studios, or master bedrooms. Connecting two flexible air ducts to a single diffuser doubles the volume of supplied or extracted air. Thanks to the integrated static pressure chamber, the airflow velocity is dampened before entering the room. This guarantees virtually imperceptible system operation and the complete absence of uncomfortable drafts, even at high MVHR unit outputs.

The body of the product is manufactured from galvanized sheet steel. This material is highly resistant to corrosion, which is vital for concealed installation in high-humidity areas such as kitchens, showers, and bathrooms. The high rigidity of the metal prevents the adapter from deforming when secured tightly within wall stud frames or suspended ceilings, ensuring high system airtightness throughout the building lifespan.

Spigot Modifications

To optimize installation processes for various construction needs, the plenum box is available with three types of flexible duct connections:

• OC Modification (Standard): The classic all-metal version featuring galvanized steel spigots. It requires sealing the joints with aluminium foil tape or sealant. This is an economical and practical choice for projects utilizing standard assembly techniques.
• GM Modification (With Rubber Gasket): The metal spigots are equipped with factory-fitted ring seals made of durable EPDM rubber. This ensures a quick and convenient connection of the flexible duct, guaranteeing the highest airtightness class without the hassle of using messy mastics or tapes.
• PK Modification (Plastic Spigots): A technological solution designed for maximum installation speed. The spigots are made of high-strength structural plastic with integrated snap-locks. The flexible duct is simply inserted until it clicks, after which the built-in clips firmly lock the pipe in place, preventing accidental disconnection during subsequent construction stages.
