Self-adhesive bituminous tape Zwaluw Loodband

Zwaluw Loodband is a ready-to-use, strong, self-adhesive sealing tape for roofing and general construction work. The base of the material consists of a modified bitumen layer. On the outside, the tape is protected by a durable, weather-resistant polyester foil, which is available in two colors: lead-grey and terracotta-red.

The product is designed for quick waterproofing, sealing, and repair of roof gutters, bay window elements, roof joints, as well as connections between walls and extensions. Due to the elasticity of the compound, the tape reliably bonds with most types of building surfaces and easily takes the shape of the insulated relief.

Design and operational features:

• Aesthetic appearance: The availability of terracotta-red and dark-grey (lead) shades allows the tape to match the color of classic tiles or dark roofs, making the repair area visually unnoticeable.
• UV resistance: The special protective foil prevents the bitumen layer from drying out and cracking under direct sunlight.
• Universal adhesion: The material has a reliable bond with all traditional building substrates when preparation rules are followed.
• Paintability: The outer polyester layer is suitable for subsequent painting in the color of the roof or facade.
