Flat sheet metal roof
Rolled profiles are the classic roofing material, connected by rolling technology on a double flange, and are the best solution for roofs with complex structures. The purchase of this roofing material is a long-term investment due to its durability.
SIA Akvilon offers a double-edge rolled profile with a smooth surface, which is the most hermetic and moisture-resistant type of joint.
When manufactured, the roll profile can be varied from 220 to 880 mm, with a standard width of 545 mm. There is no limit to the length of the rolled profile ( due to the roll material technology).
Possible materials for the roller profile:
- galvanised tin
- galvanised tin with polymer coating
- tin plate of non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminised, titanium zinc, etc.)
- stainless steel
Fixing type:

The metal sheets are fastened with metal clamps or clemmers, the metal sheets are not penetrated with a roof screw. Roof accessories (roof trusses, hatches, outlets, chimney connections) can be welded to the roof, which ensures high roof strength.
Usage:
The base decking for the roller profile is a thinned plank deck made of dry, antiseptised wood materials.
The cross-section of the boards is 25x100 mm, the distance between the boards in the roof slope is 100 mm.
SIA Akvilon manufactures high-quality roller profiles from galvanised sheet (with or without polymer coating) and assembles them professionally, and also offers on-object fabrication of roller profiles.
