Metal roof tiles

Metal roof tiles are profiled painted galvanised tin sheets with a polymer coating. The coiled steel sheet is profiled in special machines to produce a pattern that imitates natural tiles. Today metal roof tiles are one of the most popular types of roofing.

Advantages:

  • easy assembly
  • low weight of the roofing construction
  • long operating life
  • high corrosion resistance, high colour stability
  • ecologically clean and safe material

SIA Akvilon offers metal roof tiles made of galvanised steel sheet with polymer coating. Metal roof tiles are made from steel and undergo a complex technological process: the galvanised steel sheet is coated with a phosphate anti-corrosion layer, then a primer is applied, the underside of the sheet is coated with a protective varnish and the top is coated with a protective polymer coating. The resulting material is resistant to sunlight and temperature fluctuations and is ideal for all types of roofs with a pitch of at least 15 degrees.
