Oval-to-Round Section Adapter (Ellipse-Round) RENOFAST

The RENOFAST oval-to-round adapter is a specialized connector designed to solve a common challenge: how to neatly connect a round pipe to an oval one. Most frequently, it is required when a modern oval stainless steel pipe is inserted into an old brick chimney to protect the brickwork from deterioration. The adapter allows for a simple and airtight connection of a boiler, stove, or fireplace with a standard round outlet to an oval system. As a result, flue gases are discharged efficiently, excellent draft is maintained in the house, and the walls are protected from moisture and soot stains.

The component is made of high-quality stainless steel grades AISI 304L or AISI 316L. This is a special heat-resistant material that withstands high temperatures and resists aggressive condensate produced during fuel combustion. Thanks to precise factory shaping, the adapter ensures long-lasting service and does not deform from heat.

Installation Recommendations

• Reliable sealing. The joint between the round and oval pipe experiences the highest thermal loads. During assembly, be sure to use a special heat-resistant sealant (withstanding up to 1200 °C) and additionally secure the connection with rivets or self-tapping screws.
• Full compatibility. The oval side of the adapter perfectly fits the rest of the system components. It connects seamlessly without gaps to the RENOFAST oval pipe or a tee. No cutting or adjusting on-site will be necessary.
