Description and Application

The **250 mm (0.25 meter) oval pipe** is the shortest linear element of the RENOFAST system, designed for precise height adjustment of the flue channel. It is made of the same heat-resistant stainless steel as the main pipes and features a standard socket connection.

When is a 0.25-meter pipe necessary?

This element is often called an "adjustment insert". It is indispensable in situations where the standard step of 1 or 0.5 meters does not allow assembling a node with the required dimensions:

• Precise Top Adjustment: Allows bringing the chimney to the exact required level above the shaft top for installing a rain cap, without the need to cut long pipes.
• Complex Nodes Assembly: Used to connect closely spaced fittings, for example, a Tee and a Cleanout, or a Tee and a boiler adapter.
• Joint Positioning: Helps shift the pipe connection point so that it does not fall inside a ceiling slab or roof structure (which is critical for fire safety).

For gaining the main height, use longer elements:

• Oval pipe 1000 mm (1 m) — the main construction module.
• Oval pipe 500 mm (0.5 m) — for rough height correction.

  • AISI 316L: Recommended for aggressive environments (liquid fuel, pellet boilers), resistant to acid condensate.

Important Installation Notes

• Mandatory Fixation: Due to its short length and light weight, this element is most prone to shifting during thermal expansion or cleaning. Secure connections with stainless steel rivets or clamps.
• Do Not Cut Sockets: Using a factory-made 250 mm pipe is preferable to manually cutting a long pipe, as the factory socket is preserved for a tight connection.
