RENOFAST Stainless Steel Flexible Flue Liner
Product Description
The flexible corrugated flue liner is a universal solution for modernising (relining) old brick chimneys that have non-standard geometry, bends, or offsets that make the installation of rigid modules impossible.
The product is made of special acid-resistant stainless steel. Thanks to the corrugated structure, the pipe bends at any angle, allowing you to create a gas-tight channel inside a "crooked" shaft without the need to demolish walls. Sold in multiples of 1 metre.
Features and Benefits
- Acid Resistance: Steel grade AISI 316L with added molybdenum is used. It is specially developed to protect against aggressive acidic condensate formed in gas and liquid fuel (oil) boilers.
- Installation without Demolition: The main advantage is the ability to route the flue through an existing channel with bends without dismantling the brickwork.
- Heat Resistance: The material retains its properties over a wide temperature range (from -60°C to +600°C, briefly up to 800°C).
- Material: The thin-walled construction (0.12 mm) is lightweight and warms up quickly, ensuring good draught.

Important Installation and Care Recommendations
- Connection: To connect the flexible liner to rigid elements (tees, boiler) or to each other, it is necessary to use special connectors (adapters) for flexible liners. A standard clamp may crush the thin corrugation and will not ensure airtightness.
- Termination: The top part of the pipe on the roof must be covered with a rain cap (cowl) to prevent precipitation from entering the channel.
- Cleaning: The wall thickness is only 0.12 mm. You must clean such a chimney only with plastic (nylon) brushes. Using steel brushes will lead to perforation and destruction of the liner.
- Direction: During installation, follow the arrows on the packaging or the structure of the corrugation — it must be oriented so that condensate flows down without lingering on the ribs.
