RENOFAST Stainless Steel Split Chimney Rosette (2-Part Trim Collar)
Product Description
The RENOFAST split decorative rosette is a finishing element consisting of two halves. It is designed to frame the flue pipe where it passes through walls, ceilings, or enters a shaft.
This is a convenient solution for situations where the chimney is already fully installed, and the decorative ring was not fitted beforehand. Thanks to the collapsible design, the trim collar can be placed around the pipe at any time without the need to dismantle the system or disconnect the heating appliance.
Features and Benefits
- Installation on Existing Chimney: You do not need to disassemble the pipes. The two parts of the rosette clasp around the pipe, forming a neat border.
- Concealing Defects: The wide rim of the rosette covers rough edges of the hole, plaster marks, or expanding foam, giving the pass-through node a finished look.
- Material: Manufactured from decorative stainless steel grade AISI 430. The metal thickness is 0.8 mm, providing rigidity — the collar maintains its flatness and fits tightly against the wall.
- Surface Protection: The product is supplied with a protective PVC film, which must be removed after installation.

Installation Recommendations
- Installation: Place the two halves against the pipe from opposite sides and join them flush against the wall.
- Fixation: The halves are usually attached directly to the wall. Use silicone or construction adhesive for gluing, or screws (holes can be drilled in the plate on-site).
- Important: The product is supplied in a protective PVC film. Be sure to remove it before the first firing of the boiler, otherwise, it will bake onto the metal under heat.
