RENOFAST Stainless Steel Chimney Wall Rosette (Solid Trim Collar)
Product Description
The RENOFAST decorative wall rosette (trim collar) is a finishing element for the chimney system. It is a one-piece (solid) flat ring made of stainless steel, which slides over the pipe where it passes through a wall, ceiling, or enters a brick shaft.
The main function of the plate is to cover the technological gap and rough edges of the hole around the pipe. Installing this element gives the assembly node a finished and neat appearance.
Features and Characteristics
- Solid Construction: The ring has no cuts or joints, ensuring visual integrity and neatness of the pass-through node.
- Material: Manufactured from decorative stainless steel grade AISI 430. The metal thickness is 0.8 mm, providing necessary rigidity — the ring maintains its flatness and does not deform when pressed against the wall.
- Surface Protection: The product is supplied with a protective PVC film, shielding the polished surface from scratches during transport and installation.
- Custom Manufacturing: It is possible to order collars with increased rim width (to cover large openings), square shapes, or painted in RAL palette colours.

Installation Recommendations
- Installation Sequence: Since the ring is non-split, it must be slid onto the pipe during the chimney assembly process (before connecting the next elbow or pipe). It is impossible to install it on an already assembled system.
- Fixation: The ring is pressed against the wall and fixed with silicone, construction adhesive, or screws (through pre-drilled holes).
- IMPORTANT: Before the first firing of the stove, be sure to remove the protective PVC film from the front side. Under the influence of high temperature, the film may melt and stick to the metal.
