Product Overview & Application

The SPNP black adjustable wall bracket made of DC01 steel is an installation element for securing vertical and horizontal sections of a pellet stove flue. Thanks to its telescopic design, the bracket allows for precise adjustment of the distance from the pipe to the wall, compensating for surface irregularities and ensuring the rigidity of the chimney system.

Technical Advantages & Design

• Adjustable Distance: The extendable rail allows changing the distance between the chimney axis and the wall in the range of 60 to 90 mm, which simplifies installation in complex conditions.
• Secure Fixation: The clamping ring tightly embraces the 80 mm flue pipe, preventing its vibration or displacement during stove operation.
• Material Strength: The bracket is made of 1.2 mm thick DC01 steel. The base (90 mm) provides the necessary support area on the wall.
• Protective Coating: The product is coated with matte Senotherm heat-resistant paint, which does not fade and blends harmoniously with all elements of the SPNP series.

Installation & Recommendations

The bracket is attached to the wall using dowels or anchors. After installing the base, the necessary extension of the rail is adjusted and secured with a locking bolt. The flue pipe is placed into the clamping ring and tightened with a screw. To ensure system stability, it is recommended to install brackets at intervals of no more than 2–2.5 meters from each other.
