Product Overview & Application

The SPNP black silicone cover is a flexible masking element for the flue system. The part is designed for the aesthetic finishing of the chimney passing through walls or ceilings. Unlike rigid steel counterparts, the elastic structure of the material allows it to tightly grip the pipe, concealing installation gaps and compensating for minor thermal expansions of the system during the operation of pellet stoves.

Technical Advantages & Design

• Tight Fit: The internal diameter of the rosette (79.5 mm) is intentionally made slightly smaller than the standard flue cross-section. This ensures a secure, tensioned fit without the use of glue or clamps.
• Coating Protection: The soft material does not scratch the paint on the main chimney elements during installation or thermal movements.
• Heat Resistance: The product is made of special high-temperature silicone that does not deform, melt, or emit odors when in contact with a heated pipe.
• Aesthetics: The convex shape (16 mm thickness) and an outer diameter of 138 mm allow it to neatly hide irregularities of the rough opening in the wall.

Installation & Recommendations

Installation of the silicone rosette is carried out by simply stretching it onto the flue pipe. The rosette is slid along the chimney trunk close to the wall or ceiling. Thanks to the elasticity of the material, the part independently holds its set position.
