Product Overview & Application
The SPNP 45° black steel connecting elbow with rubber gasket for pellet stoves is a shaped fitting designed to smoothly change the direction of the flue channel. This bend is used to bypass architectural obstacles, offset the chimney axis, and connect your pellet appliance to the main exhaust line. Unlike right-angle elements, a 45-degree turn reduces aerodynamic resistance and helps maintain a stable draft. To assemble straight sections of the system, use the standard 1000 mm flue pipe.

Installation & Recommendations
Installation of the elbow is performed by firmly inserting the socket into the adjacent element. Ensure all components are installed in the direction of condensate flow. This guarantees that any moisture drains smoothly downwards.
Using two 45° bends allows you to create a smooth 90° angle, which is a highly effective solution for ensuring unobstructed gas exhaust. However, if installation space is strictly limited, using the compact SPNP black 90° elbow is acceptable.
Please note that angled and turning sections are subject to additional bending loads. To ensure the stability of the entire structure, we recommend securing the adjacent straight elements to the wall using SPNP black wall brackets.
