SPNP Black Steel Telescopic Chimney Pipe, 400-595 mm
Product Overview & Application
The SPNP black steel connecting pipe with rubber gasket for pellet stoves is an adjustable module designed specifically for non-standard flue sections. It is utilized when precise alignment of components cannot be achieved using fixed straight lengths. The sliding design allows you to smoothly adjust the working length between 400 and 595 mm. This greatly simplifies the connection of your appliance to the main exhaust channel. To build the primary vertical chimney system, use the standard 1000 mm flue pipe.
Technical Advantages
- Adjustable Design: The product consists of two overlapping tubular modules. This allows for exact on-site sizing without the need to cut the metal, thereby preserving the factory socket geometry and joint integrity.
- Gas-Tight Sealing: All connections are fitted with built-in heat-resistant silicone gaskets, ensuring complete gas tightness even when the length of the element is altered during installation.
- Protective Coating: The metal is finished with SENOTHERM heat-resistant paint. It protects the component from corrosion and remains odorless during the initial heating cycle.
- Condensate Resistance: The 1.2 mm thick DC01 steel provides high resilience against the chemical impact of moisture generated by low-temperature pellet stoves.

Installation & Recommendations
Installation is carried out by simply sliding the pipe sections apart to reach the required dimension. Ensure all components are installed in the direction of condensate flow. This guarantees that any moisture stays safely inside the chimney channel and does not penetrate through the sliding joints.
Since the telescopic pipe is a movable component, we strongly recommend using SPNP black wall brackets on adjacent chimney sections to provide the necessary rigidity and stability to the entire structure.
