Flue cyclone
Flue gas treatment units

Special flue gas cleaning systems clean the flue gases of impurities, remove dust, reduce harmful toxic pollution and are installed in boiler houses of residential, municipal and industrial buildings.
Depending on the capacity and type of boiler house, different methods of ash removal are used: settling chambers, wet and dry scrubbers, cyclones.
Gases can be cleaned of suspended solid or liquid particles by gravity, centrifugal and electrostatic forces, as well as by scrubbing and filtering. The industrial implementation of each of these methods involves the use of appropriate equipment: absorbers, scrubbers, filters, cyclones. The choice of gas purification devices is determined by a number of factors, the main ones being the size of the particles to be captured and the degree of gas purification to be achieved.
The cyclone is used as a device for removing mechanical impurities from flue gases. The contaminated gas undergoes a complex rotary motion as it enters the cylindrical section, the ash particles are ejected by centrifugal force onto the walls and fall by gravity through the conical section to the ash collector.
Our manufacturing workshop can produce various types of flue gas cleaning equipment according to customer specifications and drawings.
