Description and Purpose

The 500 mm (0.5 m) flue pipe, manufactured from 2 mm thick DC01 black steel, is equipped with a built-in rotatable damper. This element is installed in close proximity to the heating appliance and performs two key functions: connecting to the chimney and managing the combustion process.

This model features an anti-condensation ring. This design solution prevents condensate from leaking out through the joint, directing moisture and soot inside the pipe, which maintains the exterior appearance of the stove and keeps the room clean.

Technical Advantages

• Draft Control: The rotatable valve allows manual regulation of the flue channel cross-section. Partially closing the channel reduces draft intensity, slows down the burning of firewood, and extends the heat output from a single fuel load.
• Safety: The damper design complies with EN 1856-2 standards and prevents complete blockage of the chimney (leaving a technological gap), which avoids the accumulation of carbon monoxide in the room.
• Durability: The use of 2 mm thick steel and heat-resistant Senotherm paint ensures the product's resistance to high temperatures (T600 class) and corrosion.

Mounting and Operation

The element is joined with other parts of the system using the socket method. To ensure gas tightness, the application of a high-temperature stove sealant is recommended. For reliable fixation of heavy elements, the use of steel rivets or self-tapping screws at the joints is permitted.

For further extension of the vertical chimney section, it is recommended to use a standard 1000 mm pipe of the required diameter.

• Location: Installation is carried out exclusively indoors in heated premises (no insulation).
