Black Steel Stove Pipe with Damper and Anti-condensation Ring 1000 mm, 2 mm

Description and Functionality

This element is a combined chimney module with a length of 1000 mm, manufactured from 2 mm thick DC01 black steel. The product is installed in close proximity to the heating appliance and integrates two essential functions:

• Draft Control (Damper): The built-in rotatable valve allows manual management of the combustion intensity. Partially closing the channel slows down the burning of firewood and extends the heat output time from a single fuel load.
• Protection (Anti-condensation Ring): A design feature in the lower section of the pipe directs condensate and soot inside the system, preventing dirty streaks on the exterior of the connection and keeping the stove clean.

Technical Advantages

• Reliability: The 2 mm thick steel ensures resistance to thermal loads and deformations during intensive operation (T600 Class).
• Safety: The damper design complies with EN 1856-2 standards. The valve does not block the channel completely, leaving a technical gap for the safe evacuation of flue gases.
• Aesthetics: The element is finished with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black), which does not emit odors during operation and reliably protects the metal from corrosion.

Mounting and Operation

The module is connected to other system elements via the socket method. To seal the joints, the use of a stove sealant is recommended. Given the weight of the element, additional fixation of the joints with steel rivets or self-tapping screws is possible.

For further vertical extension of the chimney height, standard straight 1000 mm pipes of the corresponding diameter are used.

Important Limitations

• Designed only for solid fuel appliances (firewood, briquettes).
• Installation is only permitted indoors in heated premises. The pipe is uninsulated.
