Chimney S1 Adapter Reducer
Product Description
Chimney S1 adapter (reducer) made from black steel (2 mm) is a seamless element designed for transitioning from a larger chimney system diameter to a smaller one. Its key feature is the ability to connect to an outlet pipe within a specified diameter range. The size is specified as D1/D2, where D1 is the receiving larger female (socket, "+") end, and D2 is the connecting smaller male (spigot, "-") end, which is adjustable for a precise connection.
Key Features
- Versatile Connection: The design of the outlet spigot ('male' end) allows for a secure connection to pipes whose internal diameter is within the range specified in the table. This provides installation flexibility and compatibility with various chimney systems.
- Durability and Heat Resistance: The 2 mm wall thickness and TIG-welded seam ensure resistance to high temperatures (Class T600) and burnout. The element is rated Class G (resistant to sootfire).
- Condensate Flow Design: The adapter features a socket ('female' end) on the larger diameter side, ensuring correct installation orientation and preventing condensate leakage.
- European Certification: The product complies with the European standard EN 1856-2 and is CE marked, which confirms its high quality and safety.
