Anti-Condensation Chimney Coupler
Description and Operating Principle
The connecting coupler made of DC01 black steel (2 mm) is a mounting element for joining two chimney pipes. The difference of this model from a standard coupler is the presence of a built-in inner ring (lip).
This structural detail acts as a barrier that redirects the condensate flowing down the inner walls into the next element of the system. This prevents the capillary leakage of moisture through the joint to the outside, protecting the outer surface of the chimney from streaks and soot stains.
Technical Advantages
- Aesthetics and Cleanliness: Blocks the escape of condensate to the outside of the pipe, maintaining the appearance of the chimney throughout its service life.
- Corrosion Protection: Prevents contact of acidic condensate with the external paint coating and connecting seams.
- Structural Reliability: Manufactured from 2 mm thick steel using TIG welding, which ensures gas tightness and resistance to high temperatures (T600 class).
- Coating: Finished with heat-resistant Senotherm paint (matte black). The coating polymerizes upon heating and protects the steel from corrosion.

Mounting and Recommendations
When installing the coupler, it is important to observe the correct orientation of the element: the spigot end is inserted into the underlying flue pipe, and the inner ring directs the condensate. It is recommended to additionally seal the joints with stove sealant.
Important Limitations
- Application: Designed for wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers.
- Mounting: Incorrect orientation during installation will lead to improper operation of the node and moisture accumulation.
